Academic policies
As a student in the College, you should familiarize yourself with the policies and guidelines of the university regarding grading — including withdrawing from and repeating courses — the graduation process and graduating with honors.
Credit restrictions
You are considered a full-time student when you are enrolled in 12 or more credit hours. You may not exceed 19 credit hours per semester without special permission from your advisor.
Student classifications
Students are classified based on the following credit levels:
- Sophomore – at least 24 credits
- Junior – at least 54 credits
- Senior – at least 85 credits
In order to graduate, all programs require a minimum of 120 credit hours and some degrees may require additional courses or credits.
