Apply
to VCU through undergraduate admissions if you are not a current student; or Download Change of Major form or pick one up in Founders Hall, Room 104, if you are currently a student. |

Fill out the BIS application and curriculum worksheet. |
|
Return BIS application, change of major form (if needed) and transcripts to the BIS Program office. The deadline for fall admission is July 1 and the deadline for spring admission is December 1. |

You will be notified of the BIS Admissions and Curriculum Committee's decision. |

If admitted, see assigned faculty adviser for refinement of curriculum plan. Faculty adviser signs the final typed proposed plan. |
|
Return faculty approved curriculum plan to the BIS Program office for final approval. |
