Information for faculty

As a faculty member in the College, you are important to the development and sustainability of our international partnerships and, ultimately, the support and promotion of student engagement in educational and scholarly programs.

In an effort to establish long-term relationships with partnership universities, the Office of International Education welcomes proposals for faculty-initiated activities that build on the network of units in both institutions that are embedded in the culture of departments and programs.

If you are interested in creating a partnership program or activity, you should review the Call for Proposals from VCU Faculty to Collaborate with VCU International Partnership Universities . You will then work with the appropriate program director or other senior administrator to identify specific areas where partnership activities have a high potential for success, followed by the establishment of school-, college- or department-level contacts to more extensively explore activity prospects.
