Giving
Gifts from alumni, friends, faculty, staff and others sustain the excellence of the College’s mission of teaching, learning, research, community engagement, cultural enrichment and global experiences.
You can give to the College in several ways.
Your monetary contribution to the Annual Fund supports student scholarships, internships and fellowships, our faculty and curricular and co-curricular programming. All gifts — no matter the amount — help the College where the needs are greatest.
When you make an unrestricted gift of annual support to the College, you are helping to provide vital funding that is not available from tuition or state appropriations. Your commitment to the Annual Fund strengthens the College because of the flexibility of your gift. You can take advantage of online giving to make your contribution.

You also can give back to your alma mater with a commitment of time. By staying connected with the College, you help the College and the university sustain the momentum of growth and excellence that has been attained over more than 40 years.
- Participate in College special events and programs.
- Join the VCU Alumni Association.
- Help the College identify key alumni, friends, parents, corporations and foundations who could provide support through gifts, internships and/or sponsorships.
Development in the College
We remain grateful to all of our donors who have contributed to the College, its Annual Fund, its scholarships and its endowments. Alumni participation is important and plays a significant part in our ability to be successful. With more than 39,000 alumni, the College represents 25 percent of all VCU alumni. We thank you for your loyal support of VCU.
