An American-style thriller from Spanish director
Alejandro Amenábar, known to U.S. moviegoers for his recent Hollywood release, The Others
starring Nicole Kidman. Tesis follows Angela (Ana Torrent), a university student
writing a thesis on violence in the media. During
her research she discovers a snuff movie. She
finds that the film was shot on the university campus and that university administrators
may be involved in a series of student disappearances. Her ultimate find comes when she
discovers that she might be the next victim.

winner at multiple film festivals, this delightful Columbian comedy pits the long-time
residents of an apartment building against the greedy owner who wants to eject them to
renovate and increase rents. A David and
Goliath struggle ensues as the residents pool their brainpower to stall and delay the
owner until they can find a solution. The
legal wrangling is hilarious as the film makes its surprising twists and turns.

piece together the shards of an event scattered among the rubble of the past. A beautifully wrought hypnotic movie of love,
