PHYS 207E Final Exam

The class as a whole did very well on an Exam that I thought was pretty hard. The majority of the students worked very hard and deserved a high class grade

PHYS 207E Midterm Exam II

Midterm Exam II.pdf (Better for printing)

Comments: I think the class as a whole did well on this exam. My biggest surprise was the small number of students who knew how to correctly approach Problem #4 (t=Ia). Also, the number of students who either didn't realize Problem #3 was a 2D Collision problem or who forgot that Linear Momentum is a vector quantity, was unusual to me. The usual number of students forgot to square the velocity in K=1/2mv2 or mixed units in Problem #1.

PHYS 207E Midterm Exam I

WOW! You people are smart! Best grade distribution I have had in this class. I didn't think the exam was that easy either. I will probably make Midterm Exam II a little harder, just to differentiate the people at the top.
