Behavioral Health Treatment

Assessment and treatment services for behavioral health problems are available. There are interventions that assist with adjustment to and amelioration of chronic conditions such as headache and chronic facial pain. Often, psychological interventions facilitate lifestyle changes that prevent the development of disease processes such as help with smoking cessation, substance abuse relapse prevention and stress management. Behavior modification training is available for these problems, as well as for anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
