Each training program costs $90 per day (includes lunch) payable one month prior to the program date. Registration after that date is on site, space permitting, therefore, pre-registration is strongly recommended. Participants receive a $50 discount when registering for the summer training institute, i.e. $400 for five training days. Discounts will also be offered for organizations who wish to sent multiple registrants. (Group registrations must arrive in same envelope.) Refunds will be provided, minus a $15 processing fee, prior to the date of the program; no refunds will be issued after the program begins. A substitute may be sent in place of the original registrant. In the event of large registration response, a waiting list will be kept; if on the waiting list, you will be notified if a seat becomes available. Please complete registration information enclosed; mail to I AM/CPSD, Department of Psychology, 806 W. Franklin St., Richmond, VA 23284-2018 or fax to (804) 838-2237.
