Program Admission Requirements 1. Students applying to the CGVI in conjunction with another Graduate Program at VCU: All supporting documentation (e.g. transcripts, letters of reference, application fee) can be waived if you have already submitted that documentation and fee with the application to the other graduate program. *You should indicate with your application to the graduate school that your supporting documentation and fee have been submitted with another graduate program application, specifying the program and date of submission. You must write a letter of intent, explaining your interest in the CGVI, relevant background experiences, and future career goals. You can mail this letter directly to the program coordinator, Gay Cutchin (contact information on Certificate Home page). 2. Students applying to the CGVI only: You must complete and submit a graduate school application for the CGVI, noting the GVI as the degree sought (online application linked below). You must pay the $50 application fee, and submit all supporting documentation (e.g. transcripts, letters of reference) with the EXCEPTION of GRE scores, as this requirement has been waived for certificate-only students. You must write a letter of intent, explaining your interest in the CGVI, relevant background experiences, and future career goals.
