To initiate the graduation process, you must complete each of the following steps:

• Go to the VCU home page:  http://www.vcu.edu/
•   Log in to MyVCU
•   Select the e-Services Tab
•   Click the e-Services Button
•   Select the Personal Information Tab
•   Select “Answer Survey”
•   Complete the Intent to Graduate Survey

By completing these steps, you will have:

• notified the Office of Records and Registration of your intent to graduate and

• gathered pertinent information for your graduation application package
  

You will then be required to complete the graduation package and submit it to the School of World Studies Advising Office Room 101

Please note that initiating the e-Services graduation checkout will prohibit future registration!  
If you initiate the e-Services graduation checkout procedure by mistake
(i.e. by clicking on the Survey Complete button) or too early in your academic career (i.e. when you still need to register for credits in a future semester), please contact the Graduation Office (828-1917) immediately so that the action can be rescinded and the registration restriction removed.
