OVERRIDE POLICY for Closed Classes
- The School of World Studies requires that students who desire an override attend the first day of class and seek approval to add from the instructor of the course.
- If/when the instructor approves a student to add, the student will receive an override card.
- The override card must include the student name and VCU ID number, as well as the course name, call number, and section number.
- Submit the override card before the end of the add/drop period to Records and Registration, which is located in Founders Hall (827 West Franklin Street).
