Spanish Honor Society Inductions 005:   Faculty Sponsor Dr. Laura Middlebrooks explains the Sigma Delta Pi induction ritual while Professor Virginia Casanova, Internship & Event Coordinator, lights the ceremonial candles.  The College of Humanities and Sciences Dean's Office was instrumental in the reactivation of VCU's Pi Psi Chapter. 005

Each inductee is awarded the ceremonial " clavel ," or carnation.  Inductees also received an official certificate ( certificado ) and a pin ( distintivo ) bearing the coat of arms of Castille, Spain. 012
