Stacy Davis graduated magna cum laude from Hollins College with a B.A. in English and Spanish. Miss Davis has had the opportunity to travel Europe extensively. As a student, she studied abroad with the Centro Norteamericano in Sevilla, Spain, and as a teacher has led many student trips all over the world. Miss Davis has taught English and Spanish for eight years at many levels, receiving Who's Who Among American High School Teachers nominations numerous times. Besides teaching, Stacy was a varsity girls' basketball and volleyball coach, earning Blue Ridge District Coach of the Year honors twice. Stacy recently moved to Richmond to work as a graduate assistant in the University of Richmond's Latin American and Iberian Studies department. At U of R, she completed her program of study in one year, graduating with honors from the Masters of Liberal Arts program, an interdisciplinary degree where she focused specifically on English and Spanish literature. Stacy aspires to pursue doctoral studies in Comparative Literature, where she plans to focus on Inter-American studies.
