Mr. Holmes received a B.S. in Psychology from VCU with a minor in Spanish and Human Resource Management. He has studied abroad extensively, which gives him equivalent coursework for a Bachelor's in Spanish. His studies have taken him to Mexico, Antigua, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. He has also traveled to Puerto Rico on numerous occasions and has served as an interpreter for medical personnel for Pedro Sula, Honduras. Mr. Holmes earned a Master's of Liberal Arts degree in International and American Cultural Studies from the University of Richmond. He has presented research at the MACLAS conference and his research interests include Latin-American studies, the African Diaspora, African-American studies, sexuality studies, and language acquisition. Most recently, Mr. Holmes participated in Stanford University's rigorous Graduate School of Business Summer Business Institute, where he studied the eight fundamental business areas for four weeks in Palo Alto, CA. Mr. Holmes is currently pursing a Ph.D in Management specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at VCU's School of Business
