Faculty profile Professor Rasnic is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Virginia and has practiced in both states. A former state administrative law judge and house counsel for a large corporation, she has published more than 100 articles in law journals. Her book, NORTHERN IRELAND: CAN SEAN AND JOHN LIVE IN PEACE? resulted from research during her second Fulbright grant in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She has had four Fulbrights (Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Austria) and has taught summers since 1991 at various law schools in German and Austria.
