What are the theological and Religious perspectives
on sexual behaviors? Where does the concept of
sexual orientation come from, and how valid is
it? Why did psychiatric and psychological associations
remove homosexuality from their concepts of mental
illness? Can social scientists take the concept
of sin seriously? Why have some groups elevated
homosexuality to the pinnacle of all sins? What
is at stake when science seeks to “explain” human
sexual orientation from a biological perspective?
How might societal attitudes and perceptions
of homosexuality evolve over the next 25, 50
or 100 years?
