What is Grammar Tutor?

Grammar Tutor is a program targeted at improving your grammar skills and understanding in a language. This program is meant to be a supplement to the lessons and topics that you have gone over in your language classes. It will give you exercises pertaining to specific grammar topics, i.e. prounouns or verb conjugations, and will score your responses.

To access GrammarTutor:

1) Click on the "Start" button on your toolbar. Find the tab called "Lab Apps".

2) Select your Target language: Spanish, German, or French, and then select "GrammarTutor".

3) Click on the question mark button on the bottom left hand area of the screen.

4) Enter your name and click "O.K."

5) Select the grammar excercise you want from the list in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

6) Click on the green button located on the left hand side of the screen.

7) Type your response into the box and hit the "Enter" key to submit your answer.

To retrieve your grade report and quit the program.

1) When you are finished, click on the hand beside the answer box.

2) The program will ask you if you want to quit GrammarTutor, select "quit".

3) This will take you to your grade report, where you have the option of saving the grade report to file or printing.

4) When you are done with your grade report, click on the "quit" button to bring you back to the initial screen.
